2. Delivery process: HRU will deliver within 24 to 48 hours (in Ho Chi Minh City) from the time you place your order. However, there are still cases of delay due to objective reasons (holidays, Tet, difficult to find delivery address, slow delivery service...), we hope you sympathize with reasons outside of our distribution.

If you cannot receive the goods in the first delivery, HRU Cosmetics will contact you again to arrange a delivery time or guide you to the shipping work to receive the goods.

If the delivery is unsuccessful because you cannot be contacted within 3 deliveries, HRU Cosmetics will notify you about the order and refund the costs you have paid within 30 days.

HRU Cosmetics will notify you immediately if there is a delay in delivery, but to the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any loss, debt, damage or expense arising from the delivery of the foam.

HRU Cosmetics would like to remind you that there are some locations where the delivery service cannot deliver. In such cases, HRU Cosmetics will notify you via the contact information you provided when placing your order. We can arrange delivery to another more convenient address or process the order.

Upon receipt of the product, please carefully check the packaging and box of the order before signing for the goods. Please record a video to identify the order code, 6 masks of the order packaging and the entire process of unboxing the order. You should keep the purchase receipt as evidence in case you want to contact us again about the purchased product.

Please be careful when using sharp objects to open the product because you may damage the product. HRU Cosmetics is not responsible for any incidents, damages, or product damage after you have checked the measurement technique and signed for the product.

The product is packaged according to HRU Cosmetics' standard packaging. If you have other special packaging requirements, please add additional fees.

In the event that your confirmed orders are placed on close days, HRU Cosmetics will try to add them to the order and deliver them to you at once.

For any information about changing or canceling an order, please notify us early so that HRU Cosmetics can cancel or edit the order for you.

Only accept product exchanges when there is a manufacturer defect or damage during the transition process, provided that it is no more than 14 days after delivery.

HRU Cosmetics delivers products to customers and pays upon receipt or customers can choose to pay online by domestic ATM card when ordering (if desired). Note that orders with a value of 3,000,000 VND or more can only be paid in advance by domestic ATM card (Internet Banking, VNpay QR and VnMart wallet - Free payment) via VNPAY payment gateway.

3. HRU Cosmetics's duties to the shipping unit (SP): Do not send prohibited items and fully comply with regulations to ensure security and safety of postal items (packaging, sealing, labeling, etc.) according to the regulations of the SP and the law of action.

Honestly declare the content of the postal item, commit to responsibility for invoices and accompanying documents. In case the state management agency requests, HRU Cosmetics is responsible for working directly and providing full and timely invoices and documents to the state management agency.

Penalty according to the provisions of law and compensation for damages to the service provider in case the postal item is temporarily detained or confiscated.

Correctly and fully pay the costs and expenses incurred (fumigation fee, import tax, international postal item, ...) to the service provider.

During the settlement period, information must not be disclosed in any form to any third party. If there is a violation, full compensation must be paid to the service provider.

Provide reasonable documents and valid evidence of damage when in doubt.

Be responsible for all information related to the recipient that HRU Cosmetics gives to the service provider. In case of errors in recipient information, HRU Cosmetics is responsible for resolving the issue for the recipient after receiving the incorrect information from the Service Provider, and the Service Provider is still authorized to calculate the postal service fee for the order based on the displayed execution process.

4. Responsibilities of the Delivery Unit (SP) with HRU Cosmetics: The SP shall provide complete and accurate service information to HRU Cosmetics.

The SP shall provide service invoices to HRU Cosmetics in accordance with the provisions of law.

Ensure the safety of the mail from the time of receipt to the time of delivery to the recipient, the confidentiality of the mail and the quality of the delivery service as committed by the SP.

In case the parcel packaging is damaged or torn, the shipping service is responsible for inventorying and making a record of the current status. If the fault lies with the shipping service, compensation will be made according to the damage compensation policy stipulated in the signed contract.

5. HRU Cosmetics' responsibility to customers:
HRU Cosmetics will deliver within 24 to 48 hours (inner city of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi) from the time you place your order. For customers in other areas, the estimated delivery time is 3-6 days.
